Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a fetus of just 29 years from New York, was somehow recently elected to the House of Representatives.
When she takes office, she’ll be the youngest woman to serve in Congress in the history of the United States. Goody for her, but Ocasio-Cortez is not only a woman (which raises enough red flags on its own), but she’s a Democrat with no real political experience. Because of this, Republicans and the media are stepping up and showing her who is boss.
Washington Examiner reporter Eddie Scarry tweeted a not-creepy-at-all picture of Ocasio-Cortez with the caption, “I’ll tell you something: that jacket and coat don’t look like a girl who struggles.” Burn. He got her so good, he deleted his tweet because it was getting so much activity. All she could think to respond was, “Think he can delete his misogyny without an apology? I don’t think so. You’re a journalist — readers should know your bias.” Scarry sure scared her. She’s quivering in her fancy coat.
By Scarry’s post, we can deduct that she’s either crazy wealthy or stealing outerwear from Nordstrom Rack. But clothes aren’t the only thing off about this girl. John Cardillo, a conservative radio host, shared an image of the home Ocasio-Cortez grew up in from Google (also not creepy).
He tweeted, “This is the Yorktown Heights (very nice area) home Ocasio-Cortez grew up in.” According to Cardillo, the home was a “far cry from the Bronx hood upbringing she’s selling.” She’s such a liar. But you know how women can be – especially women in power.
Ocasio-Cortez also claimed that she’s unable to afford an apartment in Washington, D.C., until she begins collecting her new $174,000 salary next year. Many blind liberals took her statement at face value and praised her for bringing attention to the housing crisis.
But luckily, Fox News took the time to research and release her detailed financial history, proving she has at least $15,000 in savings. These are the important stories, ladies and gentlemen. Fox News will always be the most trustworthy news source – second only to Foxworthy News, of course.
But perhaps the scariest thing of all: she’s acting like a regular person. BuzzFeed News reported, “She embodies this surrealist thing of, like, ‘WHAT IF…you were elected to Congress? What would happen next? What would you do?’”
What would we do? We would get important stuff done while slowly sabotaging the social media-obsessed liberal millennials, then get them kicked out of office and sent home crying. Mic drop.
